Centex Christian Homeschool Community
CenTex Christian Homeschool Community is a volunteer-led Christian social and support group for local homeschoolers.There is a $50 per year membership fee per family and membership in the Community is required in order to participate in CenTex Christrian Homeschool Co-op or CenTex Chargers.

Graduation preparation begins in the fall semester prior to spring graduation. All graduates must declare their intent to participate in the group graduation no later than January 31. Contact [email protected] for more information.
CenTex Christian Homeschool Co-op
Our Centex Christian Homeschool Co-op is separate from the Community. We meet on Monday afternoons in Temple for 10 weeks in the Fall and 10 weeks in the Spring. Please note that Co-op is not a drop off program, a parent must be on campus at all times and fulfil their assigned jobs both during Co-op and before or after.

CenTex Chargers
The CenTex Chargers Homeschool Sports Association is a nonproft volunteer organization that provides team sports and various other competetive activities. This sports association was started by homeschoolers in 2006 to serve the central Texas area. They have athletes from Temple, Belton, Killeen, and the surrounding communities, and do not limit their membership geographically.
The Chargers currently offers six-man tackle football, volleyball, and basketball and are open to offering other sports if there are coaches that volunteer to support those.
As a nonprofit volunteer organization, the Chargers rely on parents and sponsors to support the sports programs.

Texas Home School Coalition (THSC)
Texas Home School Coalition, Inc., is the state support organization. It's mission is to serve and inform the home school community and promote home education in Texas. THSC defends, protects and promotes home schooling and parental rights to home educate in Texas. THSC offers legal assistance for its members. There is a $20 discount for your THSC membership when you are a member of Centex Christian Homeschool.
Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA)
Home School Legal Defense Association is a nonprofit advocacy organization established to defend and advance the constitutional right of parents to direct the education of their children and to protect family freedoms. Through annual memberships, HSLDA is tens of thousands of families united in service together, providing a strong voice when and where needed
